These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply whenever you, the customer, place an order with FABRICI CRÉATIONS on www.fabricicreations.com

By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, you also confirm that you have read our information regarding personal data and cookies, and agree to the use of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We share our creations across various countries, so these Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to apply worldwide. However, additional local laws may apply depending on where you reside. We fully respect these applicable laws, and nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Sale should be construed as limiting your rights if local legislation grants you greater protection than set out here.

ORDERS

When you receive an order confirmation from our workshop, it signifies that your order has been accepted and a sales agreement has been made. We recommend keeping this confirmation for any future correspondence with us. We reserve the right to decline an order for valid reasons, such as inaccurate personal details or an unsettled payment history.

We may occasionally need to cancel an order should materials or products run out of stock. In such cases, we will issue a full refund for any amount paid and let you know if an equivalent artistic piece is available.

All handcrafted pieces remain our property until full payment for their purchase has been received.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details you provide to us are accurate and complete.

PRICING

The prices displayed on our website apply to all orders placed through it. All prices are expressed in the currency shown on the website and include VAT where applicable (depending on your country of residence, VAT may not apply to your order). Unless otherwise noted on the website, prices do not include payment processing or shipping fees, which are listed separately. Please also note that local charges (such as currency conversion fees, credit or debit card fees, sales taxes, customs duties, etc.) may apply according to your country's regulations. These fees remain your responsibility and are not eligible for reimbursement from us.

SPECIAL OFFERS

From time to time, we may offer more favorable terms for select creations than those outlined in these Terms and Conditions—for instance, regarding return windows or complimentary returns. These special terms are valid for a limited period only, while stocks last, and may be withdrawn at any time. Should an offer expire or be canceled, the standard Terms and Conditions will apply once again in full.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

In-stock creations are typically dispatched within the timeframes indicated on the website. The estimated delivery date for your order will be provided in your order confirmation.

If a parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the courier (parcel shop pickup, post office, etc.) or in the event of an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer: FABRICI CRÉATIONS reserves the right to charge the customer for the reshipment of the parcel.

FABRICI CRÉATIONS cannot be held liable for any delays, losses, or thefts of parcels committed by postal and carrier services such as La Poste, Mondial Relay, and Chronopost.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days under your right of withdrawal, provided the item is in pristine, unused condition.

If you receive a damaged piece, we lovingly commit to recreating your design (subject to photo evidence of both the parcel packaging and the damaged item).

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The website and all of its artistic content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that all trademarks, company names, product names, images, illustrations, website design, layout, and descriptions of our pieces and services may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
